    My Roa Life… Part 5

It has been a while, and what a while it has been… I have been writing down my day to day, but not typing much and I really want to be journaling this to share with you, yet, I have been busy. My day to days always have something in them, and I love them all. So different and so full of precious moments in each one. I sometimes pray for the rainy days since those are fun and pressure-less, where I can sit back, relax and not worry about anything, with the benefit of filling up the water tanks…

    My Roa Life…Graduation Day

Today was simply amazing, from beginning to end with the perfect way to top off the night. Most of my days are full of joyous moments, from learning to drive manual transmission (taught by self) piano lessons by Youtube and yoga classes as well, lol…swimming, reading, and planting, this time is very special for me. Today was one of those days that stands on its own as a lovely one. I woke up early and did my routine stretch and headed to class at the Octopus Dive School. I completed my deep dive at 100 feet first thing this morning.…

    My Roa Life…part 3

I think I have been slacking, lol…nah…I am good on my internet connection today. Let’s get on with sharing. (I do love the ability to share ME and be able to revisit these posts in time, its exciting!) Day 7. After staying up late I decided to have me a late morning on this day, by late I mean like 6:30 instead of 5:30 in the morning, when the sun comes up. I had my breakfast and received the house workers …D and K were hosting an instructive meeting on the Stony Coral Tissue Loss Disease since they adopted a…

    Mother’s Day

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mami’s out there 😉 As I sit here drinking my tea, “Wasting Time” by Jack Johnson is playing and I am in disbelief that this is happening to me, like did I die and go to heaven?! I am staying in this place and it’s unreal. This place has magic, in the sky, in the water, I feel it, in my hands, in my mind and in my heart. I love it. I wanted to recap this day separately since many things happened. Today was an emotional day, I missed my family and those in…

    My Roa Life…part 2

Holaaaaaa….I am back…I lost internet for a little while and well being on the island, we adapt to island time…time is different here, slow and chill. Here’s my following few days: Day 4. I got out of bed late this day, and by late, I mean late. My head was all out of wack and my body so tight. I made myself a cup of coffee and went outside to work on my rock garden in hopes of loosening up. I had many hammock breaks, lol… I hear someone at the gate and it was the head painter Fabio asking…

    My Roa Life

To even begin to tell you story on how I got here would be a bit long, so I will save that for another time in another post. Sooo, hey, I MADE IT…I made it to heaven, the place that I knew of in my dreams, the manifestation of such a beautiful creation. I am in Roatan, Honduras. I flew direct out of Miami, Florida here and was picked up by my awesome neighbor D and driven to our house. My oh my, as the gate opens, I see the water, I see the house and I feel the breeze…
